Installing Total Studio 2 MAX?

Did you do a restart after installing? I had a similar issue after installing. Nothing appeared in Logic Pro X. After the restart, everything was there.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in [#]. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is raise two separate Support Tickets, here for some one to one investigation and help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). One for the Catalina issues and one for the iRig Keys. Response time is usually within 2 working days, but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

[#] But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

You have to visit your My Products page in your user account to download the latest version of all the individual IK Multimedia plug-ins that came bundled in Total Studio 2 MAX—the latest versions are compatible with macOS Catalina 10.15.x except the last but latest version SampleTank 3 (MAX) which I am not sure if it is compatible as I am using SampleTank 4 MAX.
