Lurssen Mastering Console crashes Cubase

Hi,
I use the Lurssen Mastering Console as a plugin in Cubase Elements 10.5 (Mac platform) and every time I click on the PUSH it crashes the Cubase. I tried several times by restarting my iMac and Cuabse but no luck.
The Lurssen Mastering Console is included in my Total Studio 2 Max.
Any one has experienced this issue?

Is it OK in the standalone program? Also, can you try it in another DAW?

Yes it is ok as Standalone, no crash.
I have only Cubase Elements 10.5 as a DAW, unfortunately I cannot test it in other DAW.

It's a good idea to have another DAW installed, even if you do not use it for anything other than diagnostic investigations.

Have a look at:

Tracktion's Waveform Free https://www.tracktion.com/products/waveform-free
or Cockos' Reaper (https://www.reaper.fm/ (which has a 60 day evaluation period)
or Apple's GarageBand https://www.apple.com/uk/mac/garageband/.

That's good.
I wanted to do so but unfortunately I can not login in Steinberg forum since last year.
I've contacted several times the Admin and had Steinberg chat and explain my issue with no luck.
Not very friendly technical support from them.

Regarding the Lurssen Mastering Console crash in Cubase, the IK Multimedia replied and asked me to send a video showing the crash, so I did today and sent them the video.
I'll keep you updated as soon as I have any answer from them.

That’s progress at least. When you try to open Lurssen as a plug in does it wipe Cubase completely out (as opposed to a “freeze”)?

Hi, not sure if this was mentioned. Try to disable ASIO guard on it and see if the crashing stops.

should be in the same place in C10. just find the plugin under effects, right click and deactiate .

No it doesn't.
However It wipes the Cubase as soon as I click on the PUSH or INPUT DRIVE.

Thanks for the tip. I will have a go with ASIO guard disabled. I can't even get the GUI to load... Soon as I select it as a plug in, it just closed Cubase completely.

I got a response from technical support, here you go:

Uninstall Lurssen Mastering Console, and reinstall from "My Products" in your User Area.

I am assuming that they have modified/updated it in some way. Has doing this solved the issue?
