Sampletank (TotalStudio2) Catalina

hi all,
some help/info please,
new Catalina system. and I am re installing daw products (Cubase, Reason, and IK-TotalStudio2 bundle)

I cannot get any of the IK products to authorize and run. I have followed the guidelines from the IK web site re 'Catalina and System-Prefs'.
Using the "Authorisation-Manager", the numbers go in, and get green-OK that the items are authorized. But If I instantiate IK-products in Cubase, Reason or Stand-Alone, the IK products give "NOT Authorized" error, and even asking me to use "Custom-Shop" to authorize.

I have additionally logged tickets to the IK Customer support a few days ago not got anything from them yet.

Any suggestions to try and get the IK plugins working would be welcome.

(oh yeah, all the Cubase, GrooveAgent, Halion, Reason, Korg-Legacy plugins authorise and work ..)

As you have raised some Support Tickets, that is the best way to proceed. Technical Support has quite a workload at the moment, so please be patient.

Meanwhile, as this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in. But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

To keep all the user responses in one place, I''ll suggest in your other threads about the same problem that they all post in this thread.

(At the time of posting in the forum, I wondered if there should be another subGroup called "TotalStudio" .. and wondered about getting 'pulled up' if I posted about ST4 issue in T-Racks subgroup, etc hence my multiple posts,== I am just looking for an answer,... cheers)
