I opened a support case but am hoping I can get an answer here instead.
I recently purchased the Total Studio 2 MAX Package. I have downloaded, installed and activated all of the appropriate products.
However, when I go to load the majority of the sounds through Syntronkii. Miroslav Philharmonik 2 or ST3 MAX (which I discovered is the engine for the other two ), I get an error loading that says file not found.
The path in the file not found error is correct and the files are there. This seems to be with a lot of the more complex sounds because some simple instrument sounds do load across the three tools.
I haven't installed all of the sound sets yet (still downloading the files) but nothing seems to change the behavior and I can't understand why it can see some files in the directory structure but not others.
I used the default directories and haven't changed them (User/Shared/...)
I am using Cakewalk by Bandlab (formerly Sonar) on Windows 10 (64-bit)
with 24GB of RAM and 2TB of disk (platter, not SSD)
i5 with 8 cores @3.2MHz
I do not see any other indication as to what type of error might be happening other than the file not found error (which again, isn't correct because the path is correct in the error message and the file is there) Also, there is not a troubleshooting section in the manual so I don't even know what else I could do to change this behavior.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
