Where is my free Free Orange Tiny Terror Amp

I signed up for the newsletter (again), and downloaded the Custom Shop. I see no notification.

Did you use the Authorization Manager after installing SampleTank 4 CS? You only mentioned installing Custom Shop.

I don't recall seeing anything requiring me to install Sample Tank 4

Hi,

I have the same problem. Orange Tiny Terror Amp was added to my Custom Shop, but it's not available in AmpliTube 4 (standalone or in my daw (Cubase 9).

I, too, found the process of adding the Orange Tiny Terror Amp a bit confusing. However, after an update to my Custom Shop software and slowly following the instructions, the amp did appear in my software.

Good afternoon,
After I did the download, I needed to restart Amplitube 4.0 to find the amp. Have you rebooted your application since the download, please?

That's what I did!

Most of the time, we have to use ik authorize manager for that kind of task.
Really Strange to have it available in Custom Shop but not in AmpliTube 4 software. First time I've a problem with IK stuff!

I am going to be frank, I am aggravated at the effort I have taken for a free plugin. This is too complicated. Furthermore, I am already not happy about a good chunk of money I spent on their software just to find out that I have to buy even more elements to complete most of what I have already bought.

This is frustrating, and I am about ready to rid my life of IK Multimedia.

UPDATE: I had to update the Customer Shop, THEN restore my products.

I also want to say that I sent an email in to IK Mulitmedia last night expressing my frustration and got a response back in pretty short order with the resolution.
