Amplitube 4/Custom Shop

Postby robjwales » Wed Apr 29, 2020 4:18 pm

Hi,
I'm new to IK/Amplitube. I've found two problems that I am hoping that there is/will be solutions for, as currently the software is not use-able for me.

I have consulted the FAQ

Firstly. In the "Audio Midi Setup..." I am unable to select the ASIO driver for my audio interface. When I try to select ASIO from "Technology" dropdown, the software quits.

Hoping that there is a simple solution to allow me to use ASIO? Thanks

The second issue. For my current setup Amplitube and Custom Shop does not visually scale well on a 4K monitor. Is there currently a way to get these apps to rescale?

Thanks In Advance
Rob

btw. Windows 10 64bit

Hello Rob and welcome to the forums.

As this is a user-to-user forum and not direct to IKM support, you should raise a ticket with IK official support here https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/ as this sounds like a technical issue connected to your system. They endeavour to reply to tickets within 2 working days but, as you can appreciate, the current global situation might mean it takes a bit longer - please bear with them.

The current AmpliTube 4 software unfortunately does not rescale. It is hoped that this will be included in a forthcoming version as IKM have been making this a feature of a number of their recent software releases. The only way at present to do this is to use whatever magnifier tool is include in your OS.

Hope that helps.
