integrate irigkeys i/o 49 with cubase 10 elements

i am happy.today arrived the irigkeys i/o 49. I have some questions after googling:

does it work with cubase 10 elements? I can see and hear it works as midi instrument, but how do i configure the buttons an dmore? Windows 10 64 bit

Does it work in cubasis on ipad?

includes was many software: sampletank, Miroslav philharmonic, syntronik pro-v and t-racks deluxe. Where can i found tips to integrate it in cubase 10 elements? I know cubase elements doesn't support many plugins .Or is it not possible and do i need garageband (ios) or logic pro?
I use windows 10 64 bit, so logic pro does not work

I have been using my i/o 49 for a few months now and use it both with my windows and my apples.. i have found it to be very easy to use as a midi but as far as mapping you will need a bit of know how and know your DAW well but most is mapped automatically and if you are using IK software its already to go.. its great !!
