So second unit just arrived from Sweetwater because hit or miss as to when I can hear bass through headphones using (update) AmpliTube app for iPad. I’m relatively tech savvy and getting strong signal from bass and have tweaked volumes and gains of various amps and sometimes can hear bass clearly, sometimes not at all and sometimes distorted. In addition, listening to music played on iPad (from Pandora, YouTube, etc.) also completely hit or miss. Sometimes can hear it, sometimes can hear but have ZERO control over volume, and sometimes not at all.
Put tech ticket in with ikmultimedia last Friday afternoon and no response yet.
Any advice/suggestion much appreciated. If I can’t get to bottom of it then I’ll be returning the unit, unfortunately.
