iRig Stream Not Charging Phone

I bought the power supply for the iRig Stream. It's not charging any of my Apple Devices. Audio passes through fine. No power though.

Is there something wrong with the stream or the power supply?

Any other work arounds for charging the phone while using the stream?

Just to be 100% sure you are using the Lightning connector from iRig Stream to your phone, correct? Because using a CCK and the USB connection won't charge your phone.

Like I said, audio passes through fine. Just doesn’t send a charge.

Audio would pass fine via USB too. Please contact IK Support, the mods/admins or users aren't going to be able to properly troubleshoot this issue you are having.
