problem with custom shop

problem with custom shop

Hi everybody
Just new here.
I have recently updated my amplitube 4 bought a couple years ago for mi iPad to amplitube 5 and have switched to a macmini working on Logic Pro x 6. Actually amplitube is working but I am not able to access the custom shop. Every time I try, I keep having this result.
