I'm trying to buy the Morely Collection for AT, priced at $49.99. When I add 30% in JamPoints ($15), I get a message that says the amount is too high. I had to lower it to $7 to get it to work, which is obviously not 30%. (I have over $100 in Jam Points.)
This is new. I've never had an issue using JamPoints before. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm seeing the same problem at checkout for other products as well.

From the IK JamPoints page at
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/jampoints -
JamPoints™ are redeemable only in the IK Online Store, and they can be applied to any current product in the store. Use them to save up to 15% on items $/€99.99 and under, and up to 30% on items $/€100 and over. If you purchase a mix of lower and higher priced items, the total savings will be a combination of both discount rates.

From the order page just below where you enter the jam point amount. Nowhere does it say anything other than "up to 30%". It's always been 30% so is this a new change?
JamPoints
Please insert the value you want to discount (up to 30%) and click REDEEM (?)

I will inform the team of this text. The latest update date should be at the bottom of the JamPoints page, typically.

At least you look after customers.
Got a nice discount on Modo Bass 2.

I'm in the same situation, except that my subtotal is well over $100, yet it's only allowing me roughly 15%. Any idea?

As far as I can see, the % allowed is based on each individual item in your order, not the total order value.
From
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/jampoints/ :
Use them to save up to 15% on items $/€99.99 and under, and up to 30% on items $/€100 and over.

Also from that page:
If you purchase a mix of lower and higher priced items, the total savings will be a combination of both discount rates.
