All Amplitube 5 stuff locked

Yesterday I bought the Amplitube 5.
After a day working fine and smoothly the AT5 suddenly locked all my amps, cabs and all other stuff leaving me with one amp and one cab. Everything is fine in the Custom Shop that showing all my stuff that is authorized and bundled with this version. Did the Restore your purchases several times and nothing happens.Reinstalled the Amplitube 5 and same status. Every gadget is locked. Guessing is some problem with the IK authorizing process.

Seems to me that I've heard unauthorizing and reauthorizing has worked for some.

If I reauthorize in the same computer would I lose an authorization? I had 10 authorizations and used one already for my only computer. The strange thing is that in the Custom Shop all the stuff that comes with AT5 is greenlighted and authorized.

Probably, but they are generally pretty good about giving you more if you need them. I just remember reading others having the same issue.

This isn't a support forum, the IK mods have little input on stuff that requires support.

I read in this forum that the authorization process by IK had problems in the past that were fixed. I will let you know if I go through the deauthorization/reauthorization processs and if it worked.

Did the deauthorization/reauthorization procedures and the problem continues. All amps,cabs and other stuff are still locked.

Next step I will deinstall everything and reinstall my purchase from scratch.

Same problem here. All of a sudden the new amplitube 5 gear is locked. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled, unauthorized, reauthorized, restored purchases, nothing fixes it. Ive got a ticket in well see what happens...

After deinstalling/reinstalling and doing a Restore your purchase it finally came back.
