Error Installing

Hi all, I try to install Modo Drum and Pianoverse, and both give me this message after I select the folders and everything:

Setup was unable to create the directory "C:\users\username\documents\IK Multimedia\MODO DRUM\ElementCustomizePresets".

Error 2: The system can't find the file specified.
-

Does anybody know how I can fix this?

i dont know about anybody else, but i have to say,ik have probably the worst install process out of all developers, far too complicated and drawn out. ive been well and truly put off buying any further software from ik. it really needs to be far easier and more reliable,especially when the file paths are not changed. surely the vsts should be able to find the content they require easier!
not everyone who buys the software are computer experts, please make it easier to install what we have paid for.

Thanks Peter, we are working on it. But the process is painfully slow.
