Something that can be done to avoid this in the future is log into your account, in your user area choose "my products," then when you are on the page all your registered products/serials are listed choose "past releases" of the products you want to download, proceed to download the most current releases and/or any other past releases you would like, then save them along with your sample sound content on your external hard drive. That way if a situation like this ever comes up again, you will not have to download anything, just reinstall with the installers you already downloaded and saved. However keep in mind, if there are any updated new releases released after you download them, it will be the releases you downloaded, not those. So if you wanted back-ups of those, you would have to log back in and download them and either trash the older releases and replace them with the newer releases or just keep them around along with the newer releases.
The Syntronik sample installers and the Syntronik plug-in installer are two different things if I am not incorrect, which I have been known to be a little off base from time to time, so that is not an impossiblity. lol. You should be able to download the latter and then just direct it to the samples and hit rescan. Before the Product Manager, I remember downloading Syntronik Deluxe installers for the sound content and the plug-in installer separately. While in Syntronik 2's case I believe I did the same thing, only difference is I used the Product Manager for downloading the plug-in while I downloaded the new sound content from the site. I did not have all the presets included until I downloaded the new sound content installers and installed them separately from downloading Syntronik 2 using the Product Manager which is what leads me to that conclusion.
