Sounds expiration going down after each download

I'm downloading some of the sounds I've purchased.
Every time I open a new one to download, there's one day less!
I'm doing it all during the same day: today..
I've lost quite a few days in just a few hours...

Why goes the counter down after each download in the same day?
Is that the way it's supposed to work?

Please contact Technical Support and explain what you are seeing. They will investigate and find out what is happening. After you get the auto-acknowledgement email. take a screenshot of the "Days remaining" for a file that you have not yet downloaded, download it then take another screenshot showing the change. Send them both as email attachments to Support.

  • I purchased Total Studio Max almost a year ago.
  • It refused to install, I contacted Support but the problem was not resolved
  • Recently I tried to install all of my IK multimedia software again. Same problem,
  • And I cannot download anything, as they have all expired.
  • I would like to get a refund.

Technical Support will, I am sure be able to sort out the problems.

Please raise a new Support Ticket, explaining your predicament. In the circumstances they may well reset your Sounds downloads expiry dates. It would be best to tackle one problem / product at a time to keep things simple.

For info: all of the software installers will still be available. It is only the big sounds library downloads that expire.
