Hello dhowarthmusic and welcome to the forum.
Have you changed anything in your system or moved the content to a different drive? The first thing I would check is that the pathway in ST4 (Settings>Sound Content) is still correct and (using Explorer or Finder, depending on platform) all the content is in those folders.
If all is correct then I would continue with your support ticket. If you haven't had a response you can reply to your own ticket asking for information. If you still have no reply from them in 24 hours, PM your ticket number to either Ryan_IK or Peter_IK and they will look into it for you.
