sample tank 3 no sound in pro tools 2018.10

i have an issue when i open sample tank 3 in pro tools 2018.10 i have sound, but when loading differents instruments from different library the sound stop working, i hope someone can help

Hi freddy74 and welcome to the forums.

When you say you are loading different instruments, are you loading them into the same instrument slot as previously, or are you adding into a different slot?

If they are into the same slot, maybe the instrument range is different i.e. a violin has a different range to a bass guitar and so plays back fewer notes.

If they are into a different slot, make sure that you are using different MIDI channels to trigger the sounds.

is in the same slot, like if i am trying a guitar and then i load a violin section or a bass guitar
switching from differents instruments,when i load the first instrument i'll get sound, but when switching instruments the sound card stops sending audio, but the signal appears in pro tools but nothing is coming out of my audio interface, i am using a Behringer x32 and when i delete sample tank 3 from the slot and quit the session and restart the session i get the audio interface sending audio again
but if i load sample tank 3 again and switch instruments i'll get the same thing

So, this sounds like an issue with PT rather than SampleTank itself. Do you have any similar issues with other instrument software? You could try running SampleTank as a standalone and seeing if the problem still happens with PT out of the equation.

i don't have any problems with other instruments softwares, and everything seems to work well out of pro tools, it may be a pro tools issue

Sounds a bit weird that PT "sees" the signal from ST3 but then doesn't send it out to the X32. Do the outputs in PT still show the correct signal path after you've switched instruments.
