Sunset Sound Studio Reverb 2 Upgrade Pricing Not Showing in My Account

Hi,

I’m trying to upgrade to Sunset Sound Studio Reverb V2, but the upgrade pricing isn’t showing up in my account.

I originally purchased Sunset Sound Studio Reverb V1 from Thomann, and the V1 license is registered and active in my account. I was under the impression that registered owners of V1 would be eligible for the V2 upgrade pricing, but when I log into my account, I only see the full price option.

I also tried opening a support ticket through IK’s support contact page, but I never received an email confirmation and haven’t received a response, so I’m trying here.

Could someone please check my account/license and let me know how I can access the V1 to V2 upgrade pricing?

I’m happy to provide my IK User ID, license information, or proof of purchase privately if needed.

where are you seeing a deal for upgrading pricing? I have SSSR v1 and I see no upgrade option either.
