I’ve been trying to download T-racks 5 but I always get an error, it’s imposible to me to download anything from IK multimedia. I already tried everything.
I can’t download updates to Tonex and TRacks 6 in product manager. It always gets stuck at low percentages and stalls. I pause and re-enable the download, which used to work, but not anymore. I have re-installed product manager, but no change.
Are either of you using Windows and have OneDrive enabled? You may run into some trouble using OneDrive for the IK downloads folder (and later with installation if your Documents folder is under OneDrive).
I use Windows 11, but OneDrive is not enabled.
