Amplitube 5 with Scarlett 2i2 works fine on Windows 11 with a buffer size of 64.
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X @3.60 Ghz

Have you had any issues with IK Product Manager, specifically clicking the 'install' on any of the products? If I do that it freezes and have to close it out. Everything else in IK PM works fine, and can even download files but that Install button kills it. Running Windows 11

No installation issues with IK Product Manager. I've installed AmpliTube 5 MAX via it and it went well. I will try to install something more to see if they work also all right. I'll be back with this.

I fixed it finally! I had to right click on program- properties then under Compatibility- Use legacy ICC Color management check that then click change high dpi settings . Check both boxes in this page.
Then magically it works. I would also shy away from moving the program from one window to another and then clicking install. This may have also been causing an issue, IDK.

Good. I can also confirm now that on two different Windows 11 computers, the IK Product Manager seems to work ok and all installations done with it work and run with no errors.
