Firstly, I would suggest that you change your user name to something other than your email address as this leaves you open to spammers and other nefarious practices.
So, onto your question...
To use Amplitube4 CS and your iRig with your laptop you need to install the main AT4 app, the Custom Shop app and the authorisation manager. You can find this software in your User Area as one download. You will also see a serial number next to AT4.
When you have installed the downloaded package, open the Authorisation Manager and put in your serial number to authorise the main AT4 app. Once this is done, open the AT4 app and configure the software to use your iRig as the input and you should be good to go.
I would suggest however that the speakers on your laptop may not be able to reproduce the tones from AT4 as successfully as other output methods, such as studio monitors, but that's a whole different conversation.
