Error: Load instrument , SampleTank 3 with ST2 XL Library

I explain my problem to you:
I have Sampletank 3 and ST2 XL libraries, when I import them, I have no problem, but when I launch an instrument, I receive an error message: "Failed to load instrument: C:\users\.....\Accordion Musette.st3i"

Please help me,

Exactly which ST3 product do you have? St3 Full / Upgrade / Crossgrade already has the ST2 Xl library included. If you have one of those you do not need to Import the old St2 library.

Please check in your ST3 Library folders for "Accordion Musette". You should find 2 files (.st3i and .pak file extensions). Please let us know exactly what folder paths they are in.

And double-check what setting is selected for the Disk Path , in Preferences.

I've check in ST3 library folders and there is no .pak file, only the .st3i file,

my disk path setting target well these files,

I can import the old ST2 library but when I launch instrument i get this error,

The .pak files contain the audio samples used by the instruments. They should be in sub-folders in the "Samples" folder (or "Imported Samples" folder for instruments that have been Imported. If they are not there then you will get the error.
