UNO Synth Pro - bricked

so.. i have tryed by myself, loaded few uno patch into my uno pro, then now my uno pro is bricked ..thank for support.. can i do something by myself or i need to send it to warranty process ?

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, not official Technical Support, other users may chip in. But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is Search the FAQs first, via here. If they do not resolve the issue, there is a red button link to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time aims to be within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

Bought a second hand Uno Synth Pro desktop. As I was importing patches the power suddenly went off and on again. Now the device just makes a cycling clicking noise. I loved the sound of the synth and before it bricked, I ordered another brand new uno synth pro desktop. I will be returning the new synth as soon as it arrives, and the used one is out of warranty so I'm out $250.00 and really pissed.

Do I love the uno synth pro desktop? Yes.
Will I discourage everyone I know from buying one? I feel like I have to. Sorry IK.

Why discourage anyone from getting a UNO synth Pro?

In your position I would take up the problem of the faulty synth with the seller.
