ARC 2 no longer supported?

I just tried to load up Arc2 and it kept crashing so I went to Product Manager to reinstall but I can't find ARC2 available for download.

Is it no longer supported? Furthermore did IK stop the functionality of ARC2 so I'd have to buy the new version?

ARC 2 is the previous version so it is no longer available for purchase. You should still have access to the installers for it in your IK User Area http://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea

No, IK does not make past plugins crash purposely in order to sell the new version. If the installers in your IK User Area do not help rectify your issue, the IK Support team would be happy to assist you via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support
