BlueBoard does not connect to iOS device anymore

Postby potato » Sat Jun 14, 2025 1:24 pm

My BlueBoard suddenly stopped working. It does not connect to the BlueBoard app anymore. I have checked with a different BlueBoard and three iOS devices without success. Until about two weeks ago everything worked without a problem.

Seems like the software had not been updated for nine years (and worked perfectly for me) until about a week or so ago. Part of the the update was fixing the problem that the app would not recognize the BlueBoard. In my case it has seemingly done the opposite. :(

Same has happened to me. Happened on 2 iPads as soon as the App updated to the new version. I have lodged a ticket with support, but have only received a response asking what mode the blueboard is in. Mine is still on the original firmware, so no other modes available. I have tried to update the firmware too, but had no luck, as the Windows software won't run and the IOS Updater app never sees the device.

Surely other people have the same issue?
