Z-Tone Buffer Boost at back end of a pedalboard?

Postby 855cefan » Thu Jan 23, 2025 1:18 am

I needed a new DI for a new pedalboard build. I just purchased the Z-Tone Buffer Boost pedal (haven't received it yet) because the description said it could act as an active DI out, which I need. But I didn't understand that this is what the Z-Tone Active Direct Box is dexigned to do, or else I would have ordered that instead of the Buffer Boost. My question is, can I put the Buffer Boost pedal at the BACK end of my pedalboard chain and send that out to a PA or house mixer via XLR? Thanks for your help.
