Probably not a common problem as I cannot find anything re this issue on the forum.
Bought a TONEX pedal a few weeks ago but have only got around to do something with it.
I know! Been busy.
Should have waited. I could now get the pedal for £100 less!
Anyway, I thought that I would update the firmware first. When I open iRig firmware updater, and search for the pedal, I immediately get "Device not found".
I have tried different USB cables and sockets, but still get the Device not found message.
I have updated the standalone Tonex software on my PC with no problem.
I have made sure all programs are up to date.
Does anyone have any help or suggestions please ?
