Optimizing Latency with IK Multimedia Audio Interfaces

I'm a musician and producer who recently purchased the AXE I/O audio interface from your company. I'm overall very impressed with the sound quality and features, but I'm struggling a bit with managing the latency when recording and monitoring through the interface.

I've tried adjusting the buffer size and sample rate settings in my DAW, but I'm still experiencing noticeable latency, especially when tracking guitars and vocals. This is causing some timing issues and making it challenging to play in time with the backing track.

What recommendations do you have for optimizing latency performance with IK Multimedia audio interfaces like the AXE I/O? Are there any specific settings or best practices I should be aware of to minimize latency as much as possible?
