I have an Irig HD2 that I have not used i9n a couple of years, since I bought an Axe I/O. I recently bought a laptop and thought it would be good to use the HD2 with the laptop. But the HD2 stays in stand by mode, with the dark blue light on. Any ideas as to why it might be staying in stand by. I tried to use IK support but it wont let me submit a question because I do not have the piece of paper from years ago that has the serial number and IK does not put the serial number on the actual product, like most companies do. Thanks
