I am new to IK and AXE I/O One is the first one I bought, but I have some issues with the initial setup.
I followed the instructions according to the manual, simply put I downloaded the IK Product Manager, registered the unit and then downloaded the AXE I/O One Control software from the application, did a restart before plugging in the AXE I/O One unit.
Then I run the AXE I/O One Control Panel, it starts briefly and then closes itself after a few seconds... I can restart it but it would just close itself again.
I am on Windows 11 Pro and using USB 3.0 and 3.1 port directly at the back of my PC.
I am not using any other similar USB devices.
