Tonex One Issues

Hi there, i bought a tonex one from sweet water a while ago but only now i have the chance to use it, it installed the tonex app first and was doodling with the amps, when I connected the unit, the sound had a ton of reverb, even when the preset didnt have the reverb effect, so when I dial the reverb knob it has volume but when the reverb knob is in 0 i get no signal, it has a buzz from time to time and sometimes feedback, other times it just doesnt sound at all. I updated the firmware and installed the firmware update, changed cables, changed inputs, tried it on a DAW, still the same. Is it the unit or what is it?

If you mean you connected TONEX ONE to your computer and you are getting odd sounds, please take a look at the section of the manual that describes its use as an audio interface. You may be hearing a doubling of the signal (one from TONEX ONE, the other from the software).

yup it was that, the whole using the tonex app, acts weird from time to time still figuring out how to use it properly, thanks a ton!

I’m having the same issue. How do I mute the signal I’m getting from the TONEX one as an interface and just hear the software?
