I’ve been playing with the Tonex One for a couple of weeks now and I’m pretty impressed with it except for one thing.
When I put drive pedals in front of it (not boosting the signal, just clipping) there is an audible crackle/ digital noise, particularly on chords.
I’ve tried changing models, tweaking the input gain, changing output volume, global volume, gain level etc and it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
Any suggestions?? I really don’t want to send it back but once you hear something like that it’s hard to unhear!
