Hi I bought last week IK Axe IO one and also I have macbook Pro m3 I have Type C input. I get the USB to Type C adapter from apple store and I connectted my IK Devices directly to my computer. I have Fender American Stratocaster HSS and my computer or guitar or cable doesnt have any issues, all works fine but when I use the IK Axe IO One I can't get an efficient and nice sound at all. The sound is constantly delayed and a bad scratchy sound is heard and buzzing. I used different programs. Like Tone X and GarageBand, but the result remains unchanged. I constantly get a bad and scratchy sound. When I hit the strings of my guitar at the same time, the sound that should be produced does not come out, it sounds bad and scratchy and buzzy. The result is the same when I use my computer's speakers. Even if I wear headphones, the result is the same. But when I plug my guitar into a normal amplifier without anything else, it produces very nice sounds. Do you think the product I bought is defective or am I doing something wrong? I didn't understand what the problem is. I searched on YouTube and other websites and people are using this product and they can get very nice and clean sounds. However, no matter what I do, there is incredible noise and buzzing, especially in distortion tones, and the sound sounds late. please help me !
