Registrazione Tonex

Buonasera, ho acquistato un dispositivo Tonex ricondizionato su Amazon.

Ho provato a registrarlo per poterlo usare con il mio Mac ma mi dice che il numero seriale non può essere registrato.

Cosa posso fare?
