Inactive Volume Control in Audio for ToneX Pedal

I'd like to double-check about this before bothering the people in Support by opening a ticket.

Someone previously asked "I see everything active except for the inputs and outputs, which are deactivated and cannot be activated, and I don't understand why.
Am I doing something conceptually wrong or is there actually a problem?”

@Peter_IK said to open a ticket with Support in that case, BUT...

I do see active knobs at the bottom of the page for Input and Output. Are these the same as the Input and Output in the Audio section?

Should I go ahead and open a ticket with Support because of the "Grayed Out" settings in Audio?

SOLVED! I did make a ticket and asked Support if this was a problem or not. I received a very quick and thorough response. In the case of the "grayed out" USB Volume interface, there is no problem! Thanks IKM Support!
