Tonex headphones / interface issue. Doubled preset

Hello everyone,

Apologies for the noob question, I looked in the manual and the FAQ but didn't see any solution to this.

So I connected my Tonex directly to my computer via USB and used the headphone-in of the Tonex. It's working fine except when I open the Tonex software, it's like I am having 2 presets stacked on top of each other. How do I mute the preset on the tonex pedal? I just want to browse the library sounds without the pedal preset still active. Right now both presets (pedal and library) are mixed together into a horrible noise.

I assume you have went in and changed the Global setting to interface mode.

OPERATION MODE – Operation mode: sets TONEX’s operative mode.
∙ LIVE: the most common way to use the pedal in live situations.
∙ INTERFACE: when using the pedal in interface mode the audio is recorded and monitored using the computer.

Then you just need to be in bypass mode on the pedal. Click on which ever pedal is green and it should start flashing, that's bypass. Now click away.
