I’ve downloaded the latest driver for my new tone x pedal from the product manager. When I go to install driver it says “USB audio device driver v5.50.0 setup wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Please try again”. I have the pedal plugged in and tried different usb ports, restarting the computer”, unplugged all other usb devices besides keyboard and mouse, unplugged my FireWire audio interface (Echo Audiofire). Should I try uninstalling my audio interface drivers and see if that works? I was able to download and install the tone x app on my computer without issue. Something I’m missing? Appreciate any help.
