I need help, I bought several weeks ago an I Rig Key Prod 2 that I use with an Ipad Air 5 (Logic Pro + Simply Piano).
The keys work Ok with the manual buttons (Volume for e.g). However the push buttons dont work, there is no light and I cannot change the Octave or select a program.
I tried to use other USB cables , nothing happen. The only thing is a quick blinking red light at the 4 number level when a plug the cable to the Ipad and then nothing.
Do you have an idea ?
