Tonex Pedal - Tonex Librarian doenst work

Hello,
I got my Tonex Pedal, but my Tonex Library doesnt work. It says "To access the librarian please register your TONEX Pedal Serial Number via the IK Product Manager."

I already register my Pedal and authorized the Tonex Software, but I got still the same issue.

Can someone help me?
