Hi after a few hours I cannot locate the librarian

I have many issues. Thanks for any help !!
1) I cannot locate the libarian to update the firmware on my ToneX Pedal.

2) I can only use ToneX in my DAW the path where I downloaded everything on the C drive has the file names but they are all empty.

3) Many amps are not working ion my DAW or are so low you almost cannot hear them.

So after a few hours, the ToneX App was available and quite easy to locate the librarian and everything else. No help needed. I am not sure why it took so long but all good now.
