Click on "Controller" at the top right of the control panel screen , its not obvious , it will flash at the bottom and not open by itself until you click on the flashing taskbar item that will appear. You will have three settings , Axe channel , Pedal #1 CCs and Pedal #2 CCs. Change it there.

Thanks for your help, but I am not getting the same results on my Mac with the Apple chipset.

This is the control panel in the App not the OS and it should be the the same on any platform.
