Axe IO One - Only 2 Outputs Showing? Can't see Amp Out

I am trying to do a ToneX capture with my Axe IO One... The Amp Out is not showing up as an available output in the drivers. Any idea why? I installed the AxeIO control software before plugging in. Windows only sees the two main outputs and the one input. Not sure what to do?

Just for clarifacation, did you install the 'AxeIO control software' or the 'AxeIO ONE control software'?
