Disclaimer: I’m very new to the whole audio interface digital amp thing.
I moved into an apartment where I can’t run my Marshall and so I purchased the Axe I/O interface to use with a standalone plugin, I’m not recording but just looking to solo jam. So far I’ve been plugging my headphones into my laptop’s headphone jack and setting the output on the standalone plugin to that rather than the Axe I/O, this way I can play along to songs on YouTube. I’ll also sometimes run a 3.5mm from the laptop headphone jack into the 3.5mm aux input of my acoustic amp (mono) or to stereo desktop speakers at low volumes as to not aggravate my neighbours. Is there a better way to do these things using any of the outputs on the Axe I/O? I do have a 3.5mm to 1/4” adapter.
Any pointers are greatly appreciated!
