I bought a used io solo and have contacted support for help- ticket #7581926 -and they helped me but have given me the the driver for the regular axe io even though I always referred to the io solo in the correspondance. When I asked for the io solo driver they don't respond. I would even pay to sort this out! I'm an ik software customer and have jam points laying around in my account -perhaps I could pay to get this io solo registered? Thanks, Mike
