iRig Pro Duo I/O problem with iPad Pro

Hi, I recently purchased the Pro Duo I/O for my iPad Pro. I use both Amplitube and Bias FX 2. Only one of the input channels works with Amplitube and none of the input channels work with Bias FX 2. I'm using a mono TS 1/4" cable with my guitars. It also does not work with GarageBand.

Are there specific settings in Bias FX 2 that I need to set up? I have the proper input selected in the settings. I have the input level and output level maxxed out and I can barely hear anything.
