Key Not Fully Level With Rest

I have an iRig Keys Pro, and the very last white note on the keyboard (the highest note) is not sitting level with the rest, it is slightly lower, and the springiness of the key is not as firm as the rest, either. I have to put more pressure down on the key to sound the note than the others, and then it doesn't come back up fully. Can this be fixed? And if so, is this something I can fix myself? I do love this keyboard controller, otherwise...please help!
