Hi, hope you're doing well.
I have an irig 2 that is only been playing through one ear when connected to headphones since I got it.
It is usually plugged into an ipad pro via the official apple aux to USB C adapter but the problem is also present when plugged directly into the headphone slot on my phone.
I don't think it's faulty headphones because they play to both ears just fine for normal listening through the apple usb c cable and on the phone and this problem has persisted with different headphones too.
Is it supposed to only output to one ear?
