Irig Stream isn't sending an aux signal to my Iphone

I tried deleting and downloading the app again but no luck. I can hear signal through headphone jack though.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Is what you're plugging in using the CTIA/AHJ wiring standard? Per this FAQ https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1287

If yes and you still have the issue I'd recommend opening a ticket with IK Support via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw if you have not already done so as they can assist you further.
