New (open box) AXE IO from Guitar Center with used code.

Hey all, Bought an AXE IO from guitar center today. It was not a returned product but was open box. Upon getting home and plugging everything in I went to activate the product code and am getting a message that it has already been activated by another user. Any way I can get the drivers even with this issue?
