Axe i/o with amplitube 4

Hello All,

I am planning to purchase from one of the local reseller axe i/o, on the box it is written that it is bundled with Amplitube 4. However, i wonder since now there is new Amplitube 5 available, if i made that new purchase, can i use it to activate Amplitube 5 instead of 4?

It also includes AmpliTube 5 SE now that AmpliTube 5 is available, per https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/a ... php?p=apps

i purchased TS3 MAX and have since picked up an AXE I/O, My question is how do I get access to the Amplitube 4 Deluxe that comes with the AXE interface?

I have registered it, and the product manager verified that the Amplitube 4 Dlx was registered correctly at that time. but I see no availlabilty of this software in the Product manager-although it does show up in the my products section, of the users area, on the site.

Is this something I need to open another ticket for? or is there some 'legacy" download venue that I am not aware of you can point me towards?

You should see it and download it under AmpliTube 4 in your IK Product Manager. If you do not then you would need to work with IK Support to see what happened.
